The subject-matter of this contract is: a) construction work consisting of asbestos disposal in the loggia wall, thermal insulation of the perimeter structures and roofs of the apartment building, replacement of the fillings of the openings in the perimeter structures, repair of the loggias, replacement of the railings on the loggias, rehabilitation of the perimeter RB structures, replacement and refurbishment of the HVAC fans on the roof, modification of the existing and implementation of the new lightning conductor; b) the construction of apartments consisting in the removal of the existing housing core, kitchen unit, built-in wardrobes, floor coverings, the establishment of new sanitary facilities in the apartment, the replacement of rising pipes of sewerage, new distribution of cold and hot utility water in the apartment, the establishment of new kitchen unit, built-in wardrobes, the adaptation of ventilation of sanitary facilities and the hood of the kitchen unit, the implementation of new floor layers in the rooms (ceramic tiles, PVC), ceramic tiles, plaster repairs, painting, SDK ceiling, new wiring in the apartment including the apartment switchboard, preparation for the distribution of electronic communications, the refurbishment of radiators, new interior doors including doorframes; c) ensuring the approval decision and cooperation with the contracting authority in the processing of the required documents on the course of implementation of the construction documented to the subsidy authorities.

V rámci tohoto dílčího hodnoticího kritéria mohou dodavatelé získat bodové ohodnocení, poskytnou-li delší záruční dobu než je stanovena jako minimální, a to je 60 (šedesát) měsíců. Zárukou „na část díla s obvyklou zárukou 60 měsíců“ se rozumí záruka na všechny částí díla s výjimkou těch částí, u nichž zadavatel umožnil kratší záruční dobu v čl. III odst. 6 smlouvy o dílo v příloze č. 2 těchto zadávacích podmínek. Zadavatel stanovuje pro toto dílčí hodnotící kritérium následující limit: maximální hodnota je 120 (jedno sto dvacet) měsíců. V případě, že dodavatel nabídne záruční dobu delší než 120 (jedno sto dvacet) měsíců, což je přípustné, bude to pro takto stanovené dílčí hodnotící kritérium posuzováno, jako kdyby nabídnul právě 120 (jedno sto dvacet) měsíců.
