Swedavia AB hereby invites you to participate in the tender for "Skywalker Subcontract 3" Scope: The project concerns the construction of a new hotel and congress facility in the Arlanda Sky City area. The project is divided into three subcontracts that together form a whole for the construction. • Subcontract 1 relates to: Ground, steel and cast-in-situ concrete structures (including cast-in installations) • Subcontract 2 relates to: Prefabricated liner • Subcontract 3 (this contract) refers to : Frame completion including installations and coatings Spoon/Phase: The project is carried out in two (2) phases: • Stage 1 Establishment of system documentation, project budget and project schedule (in ABK-09). • Stage 2 (Option) - Detailed design, execution and handover (in ABT-06).
