PL-Koniecpol: credit granting services

The subject matter of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4 196 686,72 (in words: four million one hundred ninety-six thousand six hundred and eighty-six PLN seventy-two gr) in accordance with Resolution No IV/31/11 of the Koniecpol Municipal Council of.
26.2.2011 to finance the budget deficit and repayment of previously contracted loans.
1. Loan release in tranches:
And a tranche of PLN 2 500 000,00 on time.18.7.2011
Second tranche of PLN 1 000 000,00 on time approx.16.8.2011
3 rd tranche of PLN 696 686,72 on time approx.15.11.2011
2. The interest rate on the loan (to 2 decimal places) at a variable WIBOR rate for one-month interbank gold deposits determined to 2 decimal places as the arithmetic average of the 10 working days preceding the commencement of the subsequent 1-month lending periods plus the bank’s margin, which shall not be greater over the entire lending period than at the date of signature of the agreement.
3. The amount of the WIBOR rate and the amount of interest charged for the month in question will be notified to the Contracting Authority in writing by the bank at least 5 working days before the due date for the payment of interest.
4. Repayment of credit on terms and conditions
(a) repayment of principal in monthly instalments from August 2012 onwards in the following instalments:
—2012 – 1 instalment of PLN 11 086,72, 4 instalments of PLN 10 000,00,
—2013 – 12 instalments of PLN 10 000,00,
—2014 – 12 instalments of PLN 10 000,00,
—2015 – 12 instalments of PLN 37 000,00,
—2016 – 12 instalments of PLN 57 000,00,
—2017 – 12 instalments of PLN 57 000,00,
—2018 – 12 instalments of PLN 57 000,00,
—2019 – 12 instalments of PLN 57 000,00,
—2020 – 12 instalments of PLN 57 000,00,
— 2021 – 11 instalments of PLN 3 500,00, 1 instalment of PLN 3 100,00.
(b) payment of each instalment by the end of each month
(C) the payment of interest will be made in monthly instalments payable until the end of each month starting from the month of the starting point of credit.
(D) a one-off commission payable at the start of credit.
5. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of early repayment of the credit at no additional cost, subject to notification to the Contractor 14 days in advance, in which case the Contractor will waive interest on the amount already repaid.

7. The settlement between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys.
