Description

During the Christmas period, the centre of the city of Mechelen is always decorated in an original and sophisticated way.
On the basis of these specifications, we would like to invite interested companies to submit a proposal on how to do so. The elaboration of 1 proposal for 2015 – no variants are accepted.
The proposal submitted will be assessed in terms of design and creativity, sustainability (environmental and quality), intervention time, price, flexibility (minor adjustments depending on the situation in the year), in line with the legislation.
Mandatory site visits should be carried out (certificates: Annexes B and C to tender specifications).
The agreement will be concluded for 3 years (Christmas period 2015, 2016 and 2017).
The contract is divided into the following lots:
— lot 1 – Shop streets,
— lot 2 – other streets,
— lot 3 – squares,
— lot 4 – decorating Christmas market.
