Description

The contract includes the design and execution of works for the objective ‘Extension of waste water treatment facilities for the Tia Mare and Rusanesti agglomerations’ in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications, as follows: 1.The sewage treatment plant that will be located in Tia Mare. The treatment plant will be provided with the following facilities: mechanical step (frequent grilling, homogenization basin, pumping station, fine grill, sanding and grease separator), biological step, sludge treatment step (aerobic stabilization, dehydration). The dehydrated namoul will be discharged or stored in the intermediate warehouse located inside the sewage treatment plant. The equivalent population of Tia Mare treatment plant is 4047 L.E. 2. Rusanesti treatment plant. The treatment plant will be provided with the following facilities: mechanical stage (frequent grilling, homogenization basin with mixing system, pumping station, fine grill, sanding and grease separator), biological stage, sludge treatment stage. The dehydrated sludge will be chemically stabilized with lime. The dehydrated sludge will be disposed of or stored in the intermediate warehouse located inside the treatment plant. The total population equivalent provided for the sizing of the Rusanesti treatment plant is L.E. 4434. The number of days for which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information as follows: - 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarifications submitted 34 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarifications submitted 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
