Description

The provincial capital Potsdam intends to purchase a uniform network of cycling stops in order to meet the growing importance of cycling and thus make the future planning and implementation of cycling projects / measures more effective. The measures implemented under this framework contract include the delivery and installation of approximately 20 wheel endurance meters, including the provision and operation of a web-based evaluation platform. The contract will be concluded with a contractor who will perform the tasks described in these specifications. The individual calls are made within the term of the contract, depending on the need. The scope of services includes: - Construction site installation and clearance, as well as traffic safety in accordance with the RSA - Delivery of the counting devices in accordance with the specific requirements for the wheel duration counting points (see specifications) - Installation, installation and commissioning of the wheel duration counting point including trial operation and proof of the required counting quality - Technical documentation of the wheel duration counting points (e.g. operating instructions, inventory documentation, maintenance report) - Delivery of replacement materials (in particular batteries) for the operation of the wheel duration counting points - Maintenance and servicing of the wheel duration counting points - Setting up and operation of a uniform data and evaluation platform, including wireless data transmission between wheel duration counting points and data platform as well as licenses, updates and interface provision The web-based evaluation platform must be made available as cloud service on the day after the first wheel duration counting point is called up. Each individual wheel endurance counter must be serviced and maintained by the contractor from the time of acceptance. As a result, the installation, the evaluation platform and the maintenance and servicing services will be subject to different terms specified in this framework contract, including the respective plants.
