Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa lampy operacyjnej oraz stołu do trepanobiopsji w ramach projektu pn:„Rozbudowa Wojewódzkiej Poradni Hematologicznej oraz utworzenie Oddziału Intensywnej Opieki Hematologicznej w celu poprawy dostępności i jaskości świadczonych usług medycznych oraz bezpieczeństwa Pacjentów” – dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi” 2 Zakres przedmiotowy wyszczególniono ilościowo i asortymentowo oraz opisano w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ „Zestawienie parametrów technicznych, warunków gwarancji oraz szkoleń”
3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na części i obejmuje 2 pakiety. Na przedmiot zamówienia składają się: Pakiet 1 – Lampa operacyjna, Pakiet 2 – Stół do trepanobiopsji
4. Oferta może zostać złożona na wszystkie lub wybrane pakiety. Oferta dla swojej ważności w danym pakiecie musi być złożona na wszystkie pozycje. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert na poszczególne pozycje w ramach pakietów
