The subject of this contract is ‘Engineering - design, construction and author’s supervision for energy renovation of residential buildings under four lots’ Lot No 1 ‘Energy renovation of residential building with administrative address: Vidin, Geo Milev bl.21 Lot No 2 ‘Energy renovation of a residential building with an administrative address: Vidin, Hristo Botev block 7, Lot No 3 ‘Energy renovation of a residential building with an administrative address: Vidin, 20 Bdin Street Lot 4 ‘Energy renovation of a residential building with an administrative address: Vidin, 37 Tsar Aleksandar II Str. The subject matter of the contract (relevant for all lots) includes the implementation of the following main activities: Activity 1 – preparation of an investment project in the ‘Technical Design’ phase with scope and contents in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and Regulation No 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects with the measures included in the energy efficiency audit and the technical passport of the site. Activity 2 – Implementation of construction works in accordance with the duly coordinated and approved investment project. Activity 3 - Exercising author's supervision during construction. The design and construction works are related to the energy renovation of the buildings included in the separate lots.
