The subject of this call for tenders is ‘Engineering - design, construction and author’s supervision for the energy renovation of residential buildings under four lots’ Lot 1 – ‘Energy renovation of a residential building with an administrative address: Vidin, Geo Milev bl.21 Lot 2 – Energy renovation of a residential building with an administrative address: Vidin, Hristo Botev district block 7 Lot 3 - Energy renovation of a residential building with an administrative address: Vidin, 20 Bdin Str. Lot 4 - Energy renovation of a residential building with an administrative address: Vidin, 37 Tsar Alexander II Str. The subject-matter of the contract (relevant for all lots) includes the implementation of the following main activities: Activity 1 – preparation of an investment project in the ‘Technical project’ phase, with scope and content in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) and Regulation No 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects with the measures included in the energy efficiency audit and the technical passport of the site. Activity 2 – Implementation of the works according to the duly agreed and approved investment project. Activity 3 - Exercise of author's supervision during construction. The design and construction works are related to the energy renovation of the buildings included in the individual lots.
