Description

The subject of the contract is ‘Performance of successive supply of ammonia water and hydrated lime for the operation of the Combustion Cleaning Plant at RADPEC S.A.’ in the following estimated quantities: Ammonia water: 605 Mg b) Hydrated lime: 2 981 Mg Deliveries will be carried out on the basis of partial orders, by transport of the Contractor and at his expense, directly to the Ordering Party's facilities, i.e. Warmhouse South at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom and Ciepłownia Północ at ul. Z. Holszańska 3 in Radom. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into two lots. a. Part 1- Making successive deliveries of Ammonia Water in an estimated quantity of 605 Mg, in accordance with Annex 6 to the FTZ – Draft Contract b. Part 2 - Making successive deliveries of Hydrated Lime in an estimated quantity of 2 981 Mg, in accordance with Annex 6 to the FTZ – Draft Contract, the Contracting Authority declares that the forecast of ammonia water and hydrated lime consumption indicated above is only an approximate value of consumption, which during the performance of the Contract may also be reduced or increased in relation to this forecast. Actual consumption of sorbents (smaller or greater than the forecast) will depend only on actual needs, except that regardless of the amount of consumption, the Contractor is obliged to use the prices offered in the tender in each case. The Ordering Party shall not limit the number of Lots that may be awarded to one Contractor, the Contractor may submit a Tender for one or two Lots. The Ordering Party reserves the right to select the Offer for each Part of the subject of the order separately. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variants and electronic catalogues. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law Detailed description and manner of execution of the order is included in the Draft provisions of the Agreement Annex No. 6 to the FTZ.
