Description

The consultation is combined into four framework service agreements with single-award purchase orders (geographical breakdown by district of Haute-Savoie). Each framework agreement shall be concluded for a period of one (1) year from its notification renewable three times for the same period by tacit renewal without the overall duration exceeding four (4) years. The purpose of this audit is to establish an inventory of the existing boiler plant and its associated heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and to propose improvement actions in order to optimize their operation and operation, and to propose, if necessary, recommendations for work in the context of a renovation or energy change project.
