Description

The subject of this contract is the supply, management of the implementation project and the support and maintenance of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for the CHR of the Citadel. The Citadelleā€™s CHR wishes to acquire an integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system capable of managing all the establishmentā€™s processes in an efficient and centralised manner. The system must not only meet current operational needs, but also allow for future scalability in line with developments in the health sector. Currently, the Institution uses ERP4HC software based on SAP (System, Applications and Products in Data Processing) as the main ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution. SAP is deployed across all of our business processes, covering the areas of finance, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, and other key business functions. The scope of the ERP to be acquired will cover, but not be limited to, the following modules: 1. Administrative and financial management: o General, analytical, and budgetary accounting o Cash and payment management o Invoicing and debt collection 2. Purchasing management: o Management of Orders for Medical and Non-medical Supplies o Procurement Optimization and Vendor Management 3.
