Description

Die Auftraggeberin, die Nationalparkverbandsgemeinde Herrstein-Rhaunen ist Trägerin der Kindertagesstätte "Rappelkiste" in Bergen. Die Kita ist derzeit eine 2-gruppige Einrichtung mit einer BGF von ca. 340 m² und soll erweitert werden. Die Kita wurde 1995 in Massivbauweise errichtet. Für die Betreuung von 55 Kindern einschließlich U2-Plätzen gibt es zusätzlichen Platzbedarf. Die Baukosten hierfür werden geschätzt wie folgt (in EUR netto):

KG 400 179.000,00
KG 500 75.000,00
Ausgeschrieben werden alle für Umbau und Erweiterung der Kita Rappelkiste erforderlichen Planungs- und Bauüberwachungsleistungen. Die Beschreibung des Leistungsinhalts orientiert sich an den Vorgaben der HOAI 2021.
