Description

Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството на обект „Изграждане на нова детска градина с капацитет 8 групи по 22—28 места“ в съответствие с Наредба № РД-02-20-3 от 21.12.2015 г. в северозападната част на ПИ с ИД 56784.530.1607, отреден за УПИ ІV-530.1607 — образование — училище и детска градина, кв. 42 по плана на „Въстанически-юг“, гр. Пловдив.
Срокът за изпълнение на услугата е до завършване на строителството на обекта с подписване на необходимите и установени от закона актове за неговото приключване. Авторският надзор следва да се осъществява съобразно разпоредбите на ЗУТ и другите относими нормативни актове, регламентиращи извършваната дейност.
Срокът за изпълнение на СМР на обекта е 240 (двеста и четиридесет) календарни дни.
При откриване на процедурата не е осигурено финансиране за обекта, поради което в договора за авторски надзор ще бъде включена клауза за отложено изпълнение.
