Réhabilitation de 90 logements avec atteinte niveau BBC, répartis dans plusieurs bâtis : - Bâtiments A: 5 allées dans 5 bâtiments, R+3, regroupant 40 logements - Bâtiment B: 2 allées dans 1 bâtiment, R+4, regroupant 18 logements + 1 local commercial au RDC + 1 chaufferie - Bâtiments C: 4 allées dans 4 bâtiments, R+3, regroupant 32 logements Consistance des travaux : Travaux en façade, réfection de l'étanchéité et isolation des toitures existantes, flocage thermique en sous-face de plancher, remplacement des menuiseries extérieures et des occultations, remplacement des garde-corps et rénovation des ouvrages métalliques, remise en peinture, réfection de la chaufferie existante et du système monotube, mise en oeuvre d'une ventilation basse pression avec chemisage des conduits verticaux, mise en sécurité électrique des logements, remplacement des luminaires en façades et travaux de reprise en sous-oeuvre (grandissement de trémie en toiture avec renforcement de structure et travaux extérieurs)
