Účelom súťaže je nájsť návrh, ktorý spomedzi predložených návrhov najlepšie rieši požiadavky zadania a tiež nájsť partnera, s ktorým bude vyhlasovateľ spolupracovať na projekte. Komplexný návrh pre herný areál, ktorý sa nachádza na východnom brehu jazera Štrkovec v Bratislave a je vo vlastníctve MČ Ružinov – Bratislava.
