Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services for the collection, transport and management of bulky waste from mobile collection and separate collection points for municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK ) from communes served by Międzygminne Magazynowisko Odpadów Miejowych Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as MSOK Sp. z o.o. ). Large waste subject to collection and management (processing or disposal or liquidation) is collected at the Waste Management Plant (hereinafter ZZO) in MSOK Sp. z o.o. in Toniszewo, the municipality of Wągrowiec. The waste subject to the contract shall bear the code: 20 03 07. Expected amount of waste to be collected, transported and disposed of during the term of the contract – approx. 1.500 Mg. The waste will be collected in the state in which it will be sent to the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not agree to the contractor installing a shredder on the premises of the Waste Management Plant.
