The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the maintenance and development of the Integrated Business Intelligence Class Analytical Platform (ZIPLA) along with the provision of other services and supplies, according to the following specifications: 1.1. For the basic (guaranteed) contract: a) implementation by the Contractor of the Preparatory Phase for a maximum period of 3.5 months from the date of entry into force of the Contract; b) implementation of the Maintenance Service by the Contractor for a period of 24 months from the date of the start of the Maintenance and Development Phase; c) providing by the Contractor the Support Service for the elements of the Standard Software and Infrastructure owned by the Ordering Party for a period of 24 months from the date of the start of the Maintenance and Development Phase; d) delivery by the Contractor of a new Standard Software entitling to use IBM Db2 Warehouse on non-production environments together with provision of the Support Service for a period of 24 months from the date of the start of the Maintenance and Development Phase; e) delivery by the Contractor of new IBM Standard Software necessary for the proper functioning of the ZIPLA System, together with provision of the Support Service for a period of 12 months (not earlier than from 29.12.2025); f) implementation of the Development Service by the Contractor in the total amount of 750 Working Hours and 400 CFP (Cosmic Function Points). 1.2. With regard to the option referred to in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Option’): a) the Contractor's performance of the Development Service in a total amount not exceeding 6750 Working Hours and 3350 CFP (Option I) until the date of termination of the Contract, i.e. until the expiry of the period of performance of the basic order or, in the case of activation of Option II, until the expiry of the period of implementation of Option II; b) extending the provision of the Maintenance Service by the Contractor for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the Maintenance and Development Phase (Option II); c) providing by the Contractor the Support Service for the elements of the Standard Software and Infrastructure owned by the Ordering Party (Option III) until the date of termination of the Agreement, i.e. until the expiry of the period of performance of the basic order or, in the case of activation of Option II, until the expiry of the period of implementation of Option II; d) delivery by the Contractor of a new Standard Software along with provision of the Support Service to it (Option IV) until the date of termination of the Agreement, i.e. until the expiry of the period of performance of the basic order or, in the case of activation of Option II, until the expiry of the period of implementation of Option II; e) execution of the Exit Plan by the Contractor (Option V) until the end of the Agreement, i.e. until the end of the period of performance of the basic order or, in the case of activation of Option II, until the end of the period of implementation of Option II.
