Description

The subject of the contract is the banking management of the budget of the Municipality of Prudnik and its organisational units within the scope specified in the tender form set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
In addition, the tenderer shall:
(1) provide the service of the Institutional Customer separately from the individual customer service;
(2) have a system in place to ensure that information on the date of debit of the sender’s account is available on the bank statement for incoming orders;
(3) make all commissions and fees for the maintenance of ancillary accounts from the current account, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Municipality or the organisational entity;
4) it will have at least one branch in the city of Prudnika,
5) have an electronic customer service system,
6) the bank’s establishment which will support the municipality’s budget will have a decision on the amount of the overdraft facility to cover the transitional budget deficit, in an amount not lower than PLN 3000000.
