Description

Senzer aims to achieve a future-proof, efficient and lawful set-up of the external hiring. The proposed tender must provide a flexible and high-quality solution for the recruitment, selection, contracting and deployment of temporary professionals. With the proposed call for tenders, Senzer aims to: • gain more control over external hiring, including costs, quality, performance and risks; • gain insight into the total external hiring population, including functions, hours, rates and contract forms; • ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including DBA compliance and other relevant labour and procurement law obligations; • create transparency in price building, service provision and performance; • set up efficient processes that lead to administrative unburdening of the organisation; • access to a wide and high-quality network of candidates; • manage compliance, hiring and supplier management risks; • explore the possibilities of different hiring models, such as MSP, broker, framework agreement and plot constructions; • find an appropriate solution for traineeships and development pathways; • to examine how a user structure can contribute to a manageable, efficient and lawful set-up of the external hiring.
