Zajištění dodávek kvasného lihu bezvodého obecně denaturovaného (ethanol vyrobený z biomasy a /nebo biorozkladem odpadu) dle ČSN EN 15376 - Ethanol jako složka automobilových benzinů, v platném znění , které slouží k zajištění obchodních potřeb zadavatele, k zajištění plnění jeho smluvních závazků a obchodních aktivit, konkrétně pro přimíchání do ropných paliv, tak, aby byl zadavatel schopen provádět předmět své činnosti.
