Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of a computer kit with monitors, a PC with a monitor and a video acquisition card, laptops for the project ‘Extension of the Department of EITI Warsaw University of Technology and the creation of a network of teaching laboratories’.
The scope of the procurement covers:
Part 1) Computer set with 2 monitors,
Part 2) PC computer with monitor and video acquisition card,
Part 3) Portable computer,
Section 4) Portable Computers 6
Requirements relating to the subject matter of the contract:
3.1. All computer components should be of high quality and must be pre-industrially new,
free from material and legal defects.
3.2. All computer components should be labelled in such a way that both the product and the manufacturer can be identified.
3.3. The computers supplied must contain all the necessary elements for starting operation, such as software, controllers, cables, etc.
3.4. Computer components must meet the requirements of health and safety regulations and the requirements and standards set out in the technical descriptions.
3.5. Whenever the subject-matter of the contract is described in these specifications with an indication of the trade marks,
patents or origins shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’.
3.6. Any technical requirements relating to the subject matter of the contract drawn up by the Contracting Authority
to be treated as borderline, inability of the proposed subject matter of the contract
any of these parameters shall exclude them from further assessment.
3.7. Together with the subject of the contract, the contractor will provide documentation (in Polish or English instructions). It is permissible to provide documentation in the form of digital files on a CD/DVD.
