Contractul consta in livrarea de ,,Piese de schimb mori măcinare și uscare cărbune DGS 100’’ - cod CPV: 43620000-5 Piese pentru utilaje de prelucrare a mineralelor” - conform cerintelor caietului de sarcini, emis de Compartimentul Termomecanic al S. CEO S.A. Solicitarile de clarificari ale posibililor operatori economici se vor adresa cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări in a 11-a zi inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde numai la solicitarile de clarificari depuse pana la termenul limita, stabilit pentru primirea acestora. Criteriul de atribuire : Pretul cel mai scazut / lot (se aplica pentru ofertele admisibile) .
