Description

Supply of reagents and consumables for haematology samples, as required by the specification. In addition to the delivery of the reagent kits and dedicated consumables for obtaining the tests, it is also necessary to make available, free of charge, for the entire duration of the framework agreement/subsequent contracts, the two analysers (an analyser as a back-up) In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017), read in conjunction with Article 27 of Government Decision No 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications (if they have been received within the deadline), on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the Contract Notice. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days.
