The provision of cleaning services for the building of the Cyprus Earth Development Agency for 24 months (2 years) with the right to renew the contract on an annual basis under the same conditions, for an additional period not exceeding a total of 24 months. The subject matter of the contract concerns the cleaning of all office premises, including all accessories (kitchen, toilets, meeting room, etc.). In addition, it concerns the cleanliness of the outside areas (courtyards), parking areas and the main entrance to the building.
