Rammeaftale om levering af Drift, Support, Vedligehold og Konsulentbistand af Fysiskpost inden- og udenlandsk, Efterbehandling, Digital-post og Postbefordring. Rammeaftalen regulerer levering af Drift, Support, Vedligehold og Konsulentbistand af Fysiskpost inden- og udenlandsk, Efterbehandling, Digitalpost og Postbefordring. Løsningen til ”Fjernprintsydelser” er med til at sikre at fysiske breve ca. 5 % af borgere i Danmark over 15 år er fritaget for Digital Post og modtager fysisk post i stedet for Digital post. Ligeledes er få virksomheder og organisationer undtaget Fysiskpost. Fysiskpost skal efterbehandles i form af kuvertering, porto mv. og herefter postbefordres både til indland og udland. Løsningen håndterer også udsendelse af Digitalpost. Udover fysisk post til fritagne, er der dokumenter så som registreringsattester til biler, som skal printes. Flere af Skatteministeriets fagsystemer sender print, hvor data overføres via system til system integration.
