Description

Veiligheidsregio Groningen (penvoerder), Veiligheidsregio Fryslân en Veiligheidsregio Drenthe (hierna gezamenlijk: Opdrachtgevers) starten een Europese openbare aanbesteding voor de levering van portofoons en mobilofoons, inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening. De aanbesteding heeft tot doel de huidige, afgeschreven apparatuur te vervangen door nieuwe, volledig inzetbare communicatiemiddelen die voldoen aan de eisen van de operationele praktijk binnen brandweer, GHOR en crisisbeheersing. De nieuwe apparatuur moet betrouwbaar, toekomstbestendig en duurzaam zijn, waarbij aspecten als maximale beschikbaarheid, beveiliging van gegevens en hoogwaardige serviceverlening centraal staan. Tijdens de looptijd van de overeenkomst is er ruimte voor innovatie en toepassing van nieuwe technieken, mits passend binnen de gestelde voorwaarden. Met deze aanbesteding willen Opdrachtgevers komen tot drie afzonderlijke raamovereenkomsten met één opdrachtnemer, met een initiële looptijd van vier jaar en tweemaal een optie tot verlenging van drie jaar. De opdracht wordt gegund op basis van de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving (beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding).
