Description

1. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance the contract were not granted to it. 2. The subject-matter of the contract may be financed or co-financed, in particular, by the European Union or other funds obtained under external projects or contracts or programmes or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum and in the future. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing a quantitative list of reagents is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which is also a form for calculating the price of the offer and the current Qiagen manufacturer's catalog available on the manufacturer's website, i.e.: Samples to Insight - QIAGEN, which contain reagents not included in Annex A to the OTS and covered by the subject of the contract. This description should be read together with possible changes to the content of the RVUs, e.g. as a result of the answers given to the Contractors' questions. 4. The other requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract are described in the RVU and the annexes to the RVU.
