Description

Bei dem instandzusetzenden Objekt handelt es sich um den Restbestand eines Industrieschornsteins auf dem Kubaai-Gelände in Bocholt, Industriestraße 1. Der Turm soll zum Errichtungszeitpunkt rd. 50 m hoch gewesen sein und nach der Stilllegung auf die aktuelle Höhe von rd. 26 m eingekürzt worden sein. Der Turm steht aktuell frei auf einem über Geländeoberkante auskragenden Beton- und Mauerwerksfundament. Der Turm ist aus Ziegelmauerwerk annähernd im sog. "Reichsformat" (Abmessungen ca. 240-250 x 115 x 60-65 mm) erstellt und hat 4 deutliche Längsrissbildungen mit Längen von 1,7 bis ca. 10,3 m Risslänge. Außerdem sind zahlreiche Fugmörtelbereiche ausgesandet oder oberseitig ausgeblüht und einzelne Ziegel geschädigt.
