Предметът на обществената поръчка включва следните дейности: ​​​​​​​Доставка на 10 броя нови нископодови климатизирани съчленени двупосочни трамваи за междурелсие 1009 mm; Обучение на работниците и служителите на Възложителя за управление, поддържане, диагностика и ремонт на трамваите. Доставка на диагностично оборудване, съгласно описаните системите за диагностика в Приложение №3, налично в документацията на настоящата обществена поръчка; Доставка на специализирани инструменти, подробно описани в Приложение №4, налично в документацията на настоящата обществена поръчка; Предоставяне на Възложителя на документация за трамваите.
