Description

The object of the contract is the provision of SafeQ licensing and technical support, the supply of multifunction devices and system hardware components, including consumables, servicing and material security of the operation of the Multifunction Devices and SafeQ hardware components, to the extent and in accordance with the terms of reference.
The subject-matter of the contract is divided into 3 lots, as follows:
Part 1 – Provision of SafeQ licensing and technical support
Part 2 – Supply of SafeQ Multifunction Devices and Hardware Components
Part 3 – Servicing and material security of the operation of multifunction devices and of SafeQ hardware components
The public contract is not divided within the meaning of Paragraph 98 of the Act.
For all parts of the subject-matter of the contract, a single tender must be submitted by one tenderer.
The subject-matter of the contract is defined by the model framework contracts for the various parts of the subject-matter of the contract, which are annexed to the Framework Contract annexed to Annex 1 to these specifications.
A framework contract will be concluded with the selected tenderer, including framework contracts for the various parts of the subject matter of the public contract pursuant to Section 89 et seq. of the Act, including the SafeQ Licensing and Technical Support Agreement. The subject of the contract will be carried out on the basis of the _Framework Contract and Framework Contracts for the various parts of the subject matter of the contract concluded with one tenderer in accordance with the procedure laid down in Section 92 of the Act and the SafeQ Licensing and Technical Support Agreement on an ongoing basis for a period of 48 months of the framework contract.
