Description

Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist der Abschluss von wirkstoffbezogenen Rabattverträgen gem. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über bestimmte Arzneimittel für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 24 Monaten grundsätzlich frühestens ab dem 1.10.2021. Die Rabattverträge beziehen sich jeweils auf alle vertragsgegenständlichen Arzneimittel, die während der Laufzeit der Rabattgewährung zu Lasten der Krankenkassen an Versicherte der Krankenkassen abgegeben werden. Nachgefragt werden pro Los grundsätzlich ausschließlich verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt grundsätzlich wirkstoffbezogen i. S. v. § 24b Abs. 2 AMG, nicht i. S. v. § 4 Abs. 19 AMG. Es wurden 147 Lose gebildet. Diese sind jeweils in sogenannte Vergleichsgruppen unterteilt. Nähere Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
