Udbuddet omfatter levering af bygherrerådgivning til Plus Bolig, Afdeling 1013 Mariendal, i forbindelse med renovering af almene familieboliger.
Renoveringen omfatter hovedsageligt facader, døre og vinduer samt udskiftning af forsyningsledninger som f.eks. Drikkevand, spildevand og fjernvarme. Bygherrerådgiveren skal primært varetage administration og koordination med totalrådgiveren, og herunder fortage budgetting, samtlige ydelser fremgår af aftalegrundlaget, herunder især Bygherrerådgivningsaftalens bilag 1 Projektspecifik Ydelsesbeskrivelse.
