Description

This one-off framework agreement with subsequent contracts concerns the acquisition of second-hand light vehicles (saloons and utility vehicles) on behalf of the City of Troyes. In accordance with Article L.2113-10 of the Public Order Code, the services are divided into four lots defined as follows: Pursuant to Article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators may submit tenders for all lots. The abovementioned lots may be awarded to one and the same economic operator. This public contract will be concluded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts. The Holder shall be consulted whenever a need within the scope of this Framework Agreement arises for the Buyer.
