Description

The contracting authority, in the land register of Pécs, plans to create a garage with a total of 741 parking spaces in the areas listed in Land Register Nos 3467,3468, 3493/14, 3493/15, in nature, in Pécs, Steinmetz and Megyeri Square.
The contractor (Auditor) is responsible for checking the entire process of the investment, including its preparation (including business plans, recovery calculations) and its compliance with the contract, and to resolve technical, technical and financial disputes between the contracting entity’s members concerning the investment.
On the basis of the agency contract to be concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the Contractor (Auditor):
Examine the soundness of the business plans and return calculations prepared by the Company for the preparation of the investment,
Perform the functions of the investment auditor (Investment Experts, Independent Engineers), evaluate the investment-related work in its process and provide regular information on the level of investment preparedness,
Countersign the payments for the realisation of the investment and verify that they have been used exclusively for the purpose of the investment,
Determine the realisation of each stage of the investment and of the Investment as a whole,
Prepare a zero- and final investment report, as well as a review of the periodic (monthly) technical and financial performance,
— Resolve disputes between the members of the contracting company concerning the investment.
Perform the following optional tasks:
— In consultation with the contracting authority, the NFT. Develop, submit, carry out feasibility studies, provide project management services for the purpose of accessing EU or national funding sources within the framework of its II;
Carry out a property traffic assessment in relation to the project,
Determine the current value of the company making the investment,
Assist as an expert in the preparation of applications for European Union or government support in connection with investment and, in the case of grants awarded, carry out the related financial-project management tasks,
As an expert in environmental tasks related to the investment,
—As an expert in transport related tasks related to the investment,
Carry out an interim evaluation of the project.
