The City of Oulu requests tenders for the operation of the Oulu regional transport lines. The invitation to tender shall cover the operation of public transport lines in accordance with the contract notice and the tender documents. For the purposes of this invitation to tender, tenders are invited for destinations 5 and 9 during the contract periods specified for each destination, as specified in the tender documents. A single bidder or consortium/site will be selected for the operation of the sites. The most economically advantageous supplier shall be selected from the admissible tenders.
