Description

Es ist geplant das Gebäude H1 zu sanieren und die Funktionen der HNO-Ambulanz und die HNO -
Pflege unterzubringen. Für das Gebäude Haus H1 wurde im Jahr 2016 ein Fördermittelantrag eingereicht.
Wegen der notwendigen Präzisierung der Zielausrichtung musste die Zielplanung für das Haus H1 neu bewertet werden. Daraus folgernd wurde im Jahr 2021 eine Machbarkeitsstudie durch das Büro ash erstellt, die nun die Grundlage für die weitere Planung bilden soll, und im Verhandlungsverfahren allen Bietern zum Wissensausgleich zur Verfügung gestellt werden wird.
Die Sanierung der Gebäudehülle (Dach, Fenster, Abdichtung), sowie einige Maßnahmen im Gebäudeinneren, die ebenfalls Teil des Förderantrags waren, wurde bereits realisiert.
