The main activities to be carried out under the contract to be awarded by this public procurement procedure consist of: a) controlled storage of municipal waste in the Integrated Waste Management Centre (CMID Ciocănești) resulting from the investment made through the Environment SOP 2007-2013/ LIOP; administration of CMID; c) sorting and recovery of municipal waste at CMID; d) composting of waste and recovery of compost; e) the operation/administration of the Calarasi, Lehliu Gara and Oltenita transfer stations; f) transportation of residual waste from the transfer stations to CMID Ciocănești; g) treatment of construction and disposal waste. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will send a consolidated reply to all clarifications, to the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the time limit laid down by law, at least 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
