Description

Der AG führt ab 01.01.2025 ein dreijähriges Projekt (360° Projekt) mit dem Ziel durch, für die Mitarbeitenden der Finanzmarktaufsicht ein integriertes IT-System zur Unterstützung ihrer Kerntätigkeiten zu entwickeln. Der Projektplan sieht vor, für jeden der drei Kernprozesse des AG ("Prüfungen", "Verfahren" und "Analysen") zunächst die IST-Prozesse zu erheben, darauf aufbauend SOLL-Prozesse zu entwickeln und diese dann gemeinsam mit der IT zu evaluieren, technisch zu konzipieren und zu implementieren. Für diese Zwecke benötigt der AG eine Business Process Management (BPM) Beratung. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahren ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung betreffend Leistungen der Beratung im Bereich Business Process Management (im Folgenden kurz: „BPM-Beratung“). Näheres ist dieser Bekanntmachung sowie den Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
