Description

The municipality of Utrecht[1] would like to conclude a long-term agreement of up to 10 years for ‘Vehicle telematics as a SaaS (Software as a Service)’. The vehicle telematics concerns, on the one hand, trip registration according to the requirements of the Tax and Customs Administration and car sharing. On the other hand, it is all about the optimal - read efficiently - use of vehicles. The expected size of the contract is approximately 325 vehicles in which the municipality wants to have the vehicle tracking system installed. All these vehicles must be able to be tracked via the SaaS system. In the future, the number of vehicles can grow with a minimum of 1 to about 30 per year.
