EE-Tallinn: Construction work for buildings relating to education and research
The work area of this project is currently a study laboratory, a tractor artist, a car-garage, a harvester, a technical maintenance building, a laboratory building, a training workshop, which is used today for teaching. As buildings are depreciated and the existing buildings are not in line with modern requirements, and the new project envisages a compact, functional and modern training corps.
The scope of the engagement includes all works resulting from the works contract and its annexes, requirements of the contracting authority and/or regulatory requirements, as well as the drawing up of additional design, manufacturing and design drawings necessary to achieve the contracting authority’s objective. This includes all preparatory works (demolition, disposal, etc.) necessary for the execution of the works. The contractor must also follow good construction practice and complete the building. Most of the EU Structural Funds are finalising the engagement. A statement of guarantee up to the amount of the guarantee at the first demand of the beneficiary.
