Description

The tenderer shall submit a tender for a comprehensive service containing:
— hire of luminaires and loaders; whereas the project preparation, installation and purchase of luminaires and loaders is a cost for the contractor, not the municipality (i.e. the municipality does not invest any funds);
— refurbishment project management and subsequent operation of luminaires (i.e. maintenance arrangements and associated costs during the duration of the contract are the responsibility of the contractor);
— payment for electricity,
— dismantling, removal and disposal of original lamps and loaders. At the end of the contractual relationship, the contracting authority may request the purchase of lights and loaders.
