Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, einen externen Dienstleister zu beauftragen, der Unterstützungsleistungen im Bereich der Softwarepflege des Individualsoftware-Anteils der SZ-DB für die Dauer von vier Jahren übernimmt.
Im Rahmen der Unterstützungsleistungen sind nachfolgende Leistungen zu erbringen:
- Softwarepflege der Individualsoftware SZ-DB
- Weiterentwicklung der Individualsoftware SZ-DB
- Beratungsleistungen und sonstige Dienstleistungen, die keine Pflege- und/oder Programmierleistungen sind, z.B. zu konzeptionellen und strategischen Fragen der Weiterentwicklung der Software
- Support zur Individualsoftware SZ-DB
- Schulungen
