Facilitative services for 66 properties of the school portfolio centrally managed by BIM GmbH will be advertised in four lots. For the properties, certain management services are to be provided by the Contractor for the purpose of holistic technical management. These are basically divided into the operational management in facility management (e.g. property management, technical service, defect claim management) and the services of the technical building management (e.g. operation management / property operation, repair, tree show, operational services). The management object consists of 66 properties with a total of approximately 1,061,000 m2 of GFA, which have been combined into lots. With regard to the types and intensities of use as well as the size, location, accessibility and in particular the equipment, this is a very heterogeneous and demanding real estate portfolio for management. The properties are characterized by the complexity of structural and technical conditions and the specific usage requirements during the ongoing management. The following lot structure is foreseen for the award of the services in question: - Lot 1 (North) 15 objects approx. 251.300 m2 GFA - Lot 2 (South/West) 18 objects approx. 297.700 m2 GFA - Lot 3 (East) 17 objects approx. 237.000 m2 GFA - Lot 4 (Middle) 16 objects approx. The Contractor coordinates and controls the relevant technical and infrastructural services as the contact person and interface ‘Object Management’ between the Contractor and the user and is available to both the Contractor and the Contractor as the responsible contact person.
