Marine CASCO and P&I insurance of OPV, CPV and CPB project vessels during the travel and deployment of international missions in 2025 organised by the European Agency Frontex, in the Black Sea and Mediterranean, under Joint Operation ‘Italy 2025’. Requests for clarification from potential tenderers will be made 8 days before the deadline for submission of tenders and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification 5 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification in relation to the award documentation will be sent only through SEAP (https://sicapprod.elicitatie.ro), by accessing the section dedicated to "Questions" in the details of the ongoing award procedure. In order to view the award documentation uploaded to SEAP, economic operators must have a program necessary to view electronically signed files. In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, the economic operators concerned will comply with the provisions of ANAP Notification No 247 on how to send requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation/responses made in the event of public procurement procedures being carried out using electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section will not contain their identification data, as they will become public when the reply is sent by the contracting authority!
