Design, technical assistance from the designer and execution of works for the investment objective ‘Headquarters of prosecutor’s offices in the municipality of Iasi’, Iasi County The estimated value is RON 64 228 810.44, excluding VAT, and is composed of: - Expenses for design and technical assistance of the designer, including expenses for obtaining approvals, agreements and authorisations Chapter 3 - RON 1,308,167.30 - Expenses for basic investment Chapter 4: RON 61 686 905.03, of which: subcap. 4.1 Constructions and installations – RON 43 423 720.33; subcap. 4.2 Mounting – RON 773 107.89; subcap. 4.3 Installation machinery – RON 9 734 158.81; Sub-chapter 4.5 Endowments – RON 7 755 918 – Chapter 5 – Other expenditure – RON 1 233 738.11, of which Sub-chapter Construction site organisation 5.1 – RON 925 303.58 and 5.2 Related expenditure – RON 308 434.53 The modification of the public procurement contract, during its period of validity, is made under the conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016. The modification of the contract during its period of validity, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, shall be carried out by organising a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 30 days, respectively 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority establishes that the deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information is on the 22nd day, respectively on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
