for tenders on the following consultancy assignments:
SPIRIT is Statsbygg's programme for Project Management, Procurements, Accounts, Integration and Hours Registration. The system is based on Oracle E-Business Suite for accounts and procurements, as well as the ISY Project for project management. EVRY is the main supplier of the system, which shall be taken into use from 1st January 2015.
Statsbygg are seeking a project manager for procurements in our reception project. See chapter 2 for further details on the background, competence requirements and work assignments.
The consultant who currently has the role of project manager is leaving in late summer/autumn 2014. In order to get an appropriate hand-over from the current to the new project manager, we would like the new project manager to be in place as soon as possible after the summer holiday.
The assistance will last until the procurement system has been delivered. The delivery date is, according to the progress plan, 1.4.2015.
The assignment can be extended if there are delays in the delivery. In the event of the work with the implementation of the system in the organisation having to take place over a longer period, Statsbygg would like an option to extend the assistance with 6 - six - months at a time for up to 2 - two - years.
