Description

The aim of this procurement procedure is to commission, for the Lauingen site of the Bavarian Administrative School (BVS), the necessary cleaning services in the area of maintenance cleaning, including room cleaning and additional work related to maintenance cleaning. The quality of the cleaning services is particularly important for the BVS.
The BVS divides its procurement needs for cleaning services in arealess areas on a site-by-site basis. Since the services for the remaining four sites Munich, Holzhausen am Ammersee, Neustadt an der Aisch and Nuremberg have already been awarded through a tendering procedure concluded in January 2017, the services for the Lauingen site are awarded as a ‘total contract’. The glass cleaning services are awarded separately and are not part of this invitation to tender.
