The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1) of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 530) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature, fire protection, including the service of fire sightings, wood harvesting and harvesting and seeding, maintenance of forest facilities to be carried out in the Gubin Forest District in 2025. Planned start and end date of the contract:02.01.2025-31.12.2025r. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
