Description

The subject of the order is a service consisting in successive printing and binding of books for the University of Warsaw - Publishing House, according to the needs and orders of the Ordering Party, as well as delivery of these books to the following addresses: 1) Publishing House of the University of Warsaw, ul. Smyczkowa 5/7, 02-678 Warsaw; 2) University of Warsaw, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warsaw; 3) OSDW AZYMUT Logistics, Tulip Park, Smolice 1F, 95-010 Stryków. 2.The scope of the contract covered by the procedure is divided into two parts: Part 1 – printing and binding (soft, hard and spiral) Part 2 – printing and binding (soft, hard and notebook) A separate contract will be concluded for each part. 3.The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lot 1 is set out in ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract’, constituting Annex 2A to the VMS, for Lot 2 in ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract’, constituting Annex 2B to the VMS, and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 10 to the VMS.
