Le présent marché de services de prestations intellectuelles a pour objet la réalisation, au nom et pour le compte de la Commune d'Hyères, représentée par son Maire, d'une mission de mandat de maîtrise d'ouvrage déléguée, conformément aux dispositions de l'article L. 2422-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le mandat porte sur les opérations identifiées ci-après : Tranche ferme : 1. Opération relative à L'AMÉNAGEMENT D'UNE MAISON DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT- phase 1 2. Opération relative à LA RÉNOVATION DE LA MAISON GENSOLLEN Tranches optionnelles : TO 1. Opération relative à LA RÉNOVATION DU CENTRE DE LOISIRS DE LA VIGIE TO 2. Opération relative au réaménagement DE L'ÉCOLE PAULE HUMBERT TO 3. Opération relative à L'AMÉNAGEMENT D'UNE MAISON DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT - phase 2 Les ouvrages devront répondre aux programmes arrêtés et respecter les enveloppes financières prévisionnelles indiquées au CCTP. Le montant total prévisionnel de l'ensemble des opérations toutes tranches confondues est de 10 425 000 euros HT (hors honoraires du mandataire).
